Pursuant to the requirements under Rule 2.07 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited regarding the expansion of paperless listing regme and electronic dissemination of corporate communications (the “Corporate Communications), the Company will disseminate Corporate Communications to the Company’s shareholder(s) electronically, and only dispatch Corporate Communications in printed form upon Shareholder(s)’ requests.
